Policies

We want you to LOVE the Olea experience! With this in mind, we have established the following policies to ensure you, and our stylist, are always kept safe and happy.

When Arriving for your Appointment:

When you arrive, please park on the driveway on the left side of the property and come through the side fence where the By Olea sign is. Please knock on the door and we will welcome you into the salon. 

 

Client Safety Measures:

​

*Please do not come to your appointment if you have any Covid symptoms. We would rather you cancel your appointment than risk infecting our stylist and others. 

*Please ONLY bring necessary items into your appointment. Our salon is designed for one-on-one services and items on the floor can pose an OHS issue.

Our Salon Safety Measures & Requirements:

​

*Frequent hand washing. 

*We will cancel your appointment if we have any symptoms to protect you and others.

*We frequently disinfect door knobs, reception area, credit card machines, toilets, sinks, and other high traffic surfaces.

*We have hand sanitiser at the front desk.

*All client areas are disinfected before each appointment.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

1. All appointment rescheduling and cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. 

2. If you are sick, do not come in. Please contact the salon as soon as possible prior to your appointment to reschedule. 

3. As a courtesy, Olea provides a confirmation notice, but is not responsible if the notice isn’t received.

 

 

 REFUND POLICY

 

1. SERVICES - If you are unhappy with your cut or colour, please notify us within 1 week of your service, and we will consider re-scheduling your service at no charge. 

2. PRODUCTS - If you are dissatisfied with any retail item or hair product, you may return the unused product in exchange for another product. If there is a difference in price, you will pay that difference or receive the change as shop credit.

3. In no instance will Olea refund money paid for services or products.
